Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Here's how the timeline usually breaks down:

Processing time:
  • Most orders are packed and ready to go within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time:
  • Once your order's dispatched, it typically takes 6-9 business days to reach you in Australia.
Total delivery time:
  • All up, you're looking at around 7-11 business days from when you place your order to when it arrives at your door.

We know that's not instant, but we work with reputable carrier partners to get things to you as efficiently as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver to Australia only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can also track it directly on our tracking page - just enter your order number and email address, and you'll see where things are at.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer free standard shipping to Australia. No minimum spend.

Your order will be tracked and handled by a reputable courier. Which specific courier handles your delivery depends on service availability in your area, but you'll get tracking details once it ships, so you can follow along.

What if my order is delayed or not delivered?

If your order hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe, get in touch at info@tryjurni.com with your order number. We'll look into it with our delivery partner and sort it out.

Delays do happen sometimes. Delivery network disruptions, weather, and peak-season chaos can all slow things down. We can't control all of that, but we can help track down what's going on and find a solution.

Returns, exchanges, & refunds

What is your return policy?

You've got 25 days from when your order arrives to return something if it's not working out for you.

The item needs to be unused and in its original condition - tags attached, packaging intact. If something's been used, damaged, or altered, we can't accept it back.

Can I return an item if I've simply changed my mind?

Absolutely. Changed your mind? No worries. As long as the item's unused and still in its original condition with tags and packaging, you can return it within 25 days for a refund of the item(s) price.

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return postage to our returns address in the United States.

We don't provide prepaid labels for these, but we do recommend using a tracked service so you've got proof it's on its way back.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return request within 25 days of receiving your order.

You'll need to provide:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We'll get back to you typically within 24 hours on business days with your return authorisation and instructions on what to do next.

Who pays for return shipping?
Change of mind returns:
  • If you've changed your mind or just don't want the item anymore, return shipping's on you. Returns are shipped to our returns address in the United States.
  • We don't provide prepaid return labels, so you'll need to arrange postage yourself.
  • Please use a tracked courier where possible - we can’t take responsibility for returns sent without tracking that go missing in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the incorrect item (mistakes can happen sometimes), contact us first at info@tryjurni.com with photos of the issue.
  • If confirmed, we'll provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm the problem, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost or process a refund.
Can I exchange for a different size or product?

We don't do direct exchanges, unfortunately. It just gets too complicated with international shipping and processing times.

If you need something different, the easiest way is to return what you've got and place a new order for what you actually want. Bit of extra admin, but it's the most straightforward path.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received your return and had a chance to inspect it, we'll send you an email letting you know whether it's been approved.

If it's all good, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take a bit longer for the credit to actually show up in your account.

We refund the item(s) price once approved. No restocking fees. Delivery fees (if any) and any local fees/charges (if applicable) aren’t refundable.

Are any items non-returnable?

If an item's been used, altered, or is missing its tags or packaging, we can't take it back. That's pretty standard across most retailers.

Everything else is fair game as long as it's within the 25-day window and meets the conditions we've mentioned.

I received the wrong item or it's damaged. What now?

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us straight away at info@tryjurni.com.

Include your order number and some clear photos of what's happened so we can see the issue.

We'll review it and provide return instructions. Once we receive the item back and confirm the problem, we'll send a replacement or process a refund.

Product care

How do I care for my travel gear?

Most travel gear is pretty low-maintenance, but a bit of care goes a long way in keeping things in good shape for your next trip.

General advice that applies to most items:
  • Wipe down with a damp cloth when things get grubby.
  • Skip the harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners—they're overkill and can damage materials.
  • Let everything air dry properly before you pack it away.
  • Store in a cool, dry spot, out of direct sunlight. Heat and UV aren't kind to fabrics or materials over time.
For fabric items like packing cubes and organisers:
  • Spot clean with a bit of mild soap and water for small marks.
  • If you need to give something a proper wash, hand wash and air dry.
  • Don't chuck it in the machine unless the care label specifically says you can.

For bags and cases:
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to clean off dirt or spills.
  • Empty all the compartments before you clean - it makes it easier, and you might find that spare charger you thought you'd lost.
  • Don't overstuff or overload. Bags have limits, and pushing them too hard can damage zippers and seams over time.
  • If a product has a care label or specific instructions on the product page, follow those. They're there for a reason.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

All payments are processed securely.

Are there any additional taxes or fees on my purchase?

Prices are shown in AUD. Because some orders may ship internationally, any local fees or charges assessed at delivery (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payment details are encrypted and processed through secure, industry-standard systems provided by Shopify and our payment partners.

We don't see or store your full payment information. It's handled entirely by the payment processors, which is how it should be.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or change something, email us at info@tryjurni.com as soon as you can.

If we haven't processed your order yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it outright. Once it's been dispatched, though, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then go through the standard return process if you still want to send it back.

The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have of sorting it out before it ships.
